The site introduces visitors to the firm’s expertise in business turnaround, credit risk management and competency development. A custom Next.js front‑end presents engaging narratives, while a Sanity content studio empowers non‑technical staff to manage articles and service pages.
Responsibilities
- Developed the Next.js front‑end using Tailwind CSS and Headless UI to implement responsive layouts and interactive menus
- Integrated Sanity as a headless CMS using the @sanity/client and GROQ to fetch content dynamically from the studio, enabling easy updates by the marketing team
- Built service pages such as ‘Restructuring Employment’ and ‘Governmental Consulting’ with rich text, embedded videos and images
Challenges
Designing a flexible component system that could render diverse content types from the CMS, including hero sections, business stream cards and popover menus.
Outcomes
Delivered a modern consulting website that showcases Commercial Insights’ services and thought leadership. The integration with Sanity allows editors to update copy and images without developer involvement, and the site provides an accessible experience across devices.

The home page features cards that outline these streams and explain how the firm designs and executes turnaround strategies while retaining essential elements of an existing enterprise. Additional sections introduce Credit Risk Consulting and Competency Development, highlighting risk management systems, shared services, and a common framework of competencies.
